I am a most satisfied customer – – Here’s why: Brent showed up on time And with Steamy Concepts amazing equipment, Brent cleaned our kitchen floor grout that was so dirty after 17 years – – he brought it back to its original color! Amazing customer service and results! I will ask Steamy Concepts to send Brent back soon to do the rest of the tile in our home. Thank You! Thank you!!

Your service rep was professional and explained well the price and process. I still have a little rippling on the edges of my carpet. Also, on the arm rest there was a faint stain on my sofa arm . I was able to rub the faint stain out. Over all a good job. Just hoping the ripples work out.

We had high hopes to try a new spot but this was not great. First - our technician called at 7:55 am and said he would be arriving at 8:30 or a few minutes after. He arrived at 9:20. Annoying. He was very friendly and knowledgeable but the quoting process took until 10:30 - I was initially given the price of 3 rooms for $79 - a special I saw and I knew my price would be more because I was adding things - like an area rug and 2 couches. This is my second time using Steamy Concept. They give excellent customer service. Oscar cleaned my sofa upholstery and did an amazing job. Oscar was prompt, professional, friendly and kind! I like to mention as a women, I felt very comfortable having the service done by men in my home. That is very important to me.
