I had a great experience with Steamy Concepts! They did a fantastic cleaning the carpets in all three bedrooms after we moved out. I called and was able to get scheduled for the very next day, which was a huge relief. The team was very communicative about when they would arrive and kept me updated throughout the process. They were also upfront and transparent about what results to expect, which I really appreciated. Overall, the carpets turned out great, and I'm very happy with their service. Highly recommend!
Oscar went above and beyond to get our floors cleaned. Did an amazing job removing decades of buildup from tile and some stains from the carpet that I didn’t think were possible to get out. Looks great; great price; excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.
This was my first experience of steaming clean carpet service, I never had requests this service. I expected that all stains were gone. The other room was fine, I have no problem.
Technician was great he came to the unit it was over 100°. I told him to turn the air on and down and the tech said he would go do a couple of jobs and come back. After he came back, he took a look at the carpet. It was a studio unit and he determine that there was a tape residue on the carpet that he said maybe it would come out and maybe it wouldn’t. This is a first time I use steamy concepts and I'm very glad I did. They were on time they were extremely helpful and moving some pieces of furniture around since I am elderly cannot do it myself. They took their time and clean all my carpeting and my upholstery like it was their own. I am extremely happy with the work they did I even gave them a tip for such great work
