I used steam concepts to Scotchgard my carpets at a rental house. The carpets were unbelievably white and paid over $500 for them to Scotchgard. A year and a half later I called them out to do my move out carpet cleaning and was charged over $900 for them to remove stains, pet dander, etc. and my carpets look exactly the same before they cleaned them. Yesterday I had my technician Oscar come to my 5b house. He carefully examined the carpet in the house and give me the best solution to cleaning it. He did a perfect job with his almost 30-year expertise making the floor look much nicer than I expected. Nicely done, Oscar. The best part is the stairs- the hardest part of the job, have been perfectly cleaned. The management of the company has put customers’ satisfaction on the top priority.

Our new build home is only a year old but I hand steam clean some spots that removed the carpet protectant so the same spot kept attracting dirt. I called them to do our 5 bedrooms and to add protectant again. Not only their commercial grade machine couldn't remove the stains on my one year old carpets that my hand held steamer could... EVERYTHING from a foot off the ground was covered with protectant spray. Luckily it wipes off with a wet cloth. He did a great job cleaning 2 really, really dirty club chairs. One had an entire glass of red wine spilled on top of 4 years of grunge from daily use by my grilling, smoking, excavation earth moving husband. He spent a great deal of time and special cleaners on these chairs. They both came out great.

Anthony, the technician did a fantastic job cleaning my rugs, restoring its freshness and remove small, dirt particles accumulated from two big dogs. I am truly grateful. Will definitely have you out again for service. Thank you steamy concepts😊
