Your service rep was professional and explained well the price and process. I still have a little rippling on the edges of my carpet. Also, on the arm rest there was a faint stain on my sofa arm . I was able to rub the faint stain out. Over all a good job. Just hoping the ripples work out.

My carpets look awesome so clean and smells clean. I usually do my carpets myself not anymore this was much easier and worth every penny. Tech Michael M did a awesome job i will request him in the future.

This is my second time using Steamy Concept. They give excellent customer service. Oscar cleaned my sofa upholstery and did an amazing job. Oscar was prompt, professional, friendly and kind! I like to mention as a women, I felt very comfortable having the service done by men in my home. That is very important to me.

What a HORRIBLE experience. 0 stars would be more appropriate. We scheduled a time for air duct cleaning...First, they cancel their scheduled appointment 2 hours after the scheduled window. Next day, 90 minute late... we had to call them to be sure they were coming. THEN THE FUN STARTS...THEIR price WAS $450... now the representative looks around and says the price is $650. THEN he says our place is too clean and doing the work could be a liability for the company...HE TELLS US THEY COULD POSSIBLY BREAK THINGS... and refus... read more
