We had high hopes to try a new spot but this was not great. First - our technician called at 7:55 am and said he would be arriving at 8:30 or a few minutes after. He arrived at 9:20. Annoying. He was very friendly and knowledgeable but the quoting process took until 10:30 - I was initially given the price of 3 rooms for $79 - a special I saw and I knew my price would be more because I was adding things - like an area rug and 2 couches. This is my second time using Steamy Concept. They give excellent customer service. Oscar cleaned my sofa upholstery and did an amazing job. Oscar was prompt, professional, friendly and kind! I like to mention as a women, I felt very comfortable having the service done by men in my home. That is very important to me.

Your service rep was professional and explained well the price and process. I still have a little rippling on the edges of my carpet. Also, on the arm rest there was a faint stain on my sofa arm . I was able to rub the faint stain out. Over all a good job. Just hoping the ripples work out.

I am very pleased with Steamy Concepts. Daniel did a wonderful job and my carpets look great. Steamy Concepts is by far the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. I highly recommend them.

Daniel Oliver, did a fantastic job cleaning my area rug. I was more than satisfied with the cleaning job that he performed he was on time nice and polite and explained the best procedure that would work to have my rug cleaned. I would definitely recommend them highly for cleaning services.
