Dr. Mel., Michelle, Matt,Mary, Justin and the ENTIRE STAFF at Zephyrhills Veterinary Clinic feel like family to me at this point! I TOTALLY TRUST my fur babies lives with them. Dr. Mel has been our vet for all of our last 4 dogs! They have all lived/still living happy & healthy lives. And on days like yesterday, when the day comes that we have to make that heart wrenching decision for the best interest of our babies, they were "family" and did all they could to make it as easy and painless for him and me as they could! I have taken my Molly there for years, and today we took her for the last time. Everyone was so nice and understanding. They not only care about the pets, but they care about the people too. Thank you for the upstanding care you have given Molly, and for the compassion you showed today. You really made the decision we made a lot easier. The staff are always wonderful and prices reasonable!
I would have to say that Zephyrhills Vet Clinic was God sent!! I would not ever be able to appreciate everything they have done for my Bella Rose Franco. The staff is so understanding and loves their patients as their own. I pray God's blessing upon each one of you. You guys were so determined to help us down to her last minutes. There will always be a special place in my heart for each one of you. RIP Bella Rose Franco 6/30/2015. Thank you!!
Before this vet was the vet for my fur babies, I stopped in on two different occasions with emergencies that my vet at the time would not see with no appointment. The staff here dropped everything to take care of my babies, even without being a regular client. One of them occurred late in the afternoon, and they stayed for hours past closing to get my girl stable enough to make it through the night.
