RecommendedThey did a wonderful job with getting test samples and giving shots. They are wonderful with animals.
Don’t waste your time. I had called the day before they told me to come in they were opened until 6:00, no appointment necessary. So I come in and the lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude, huffing and puffing telling me I would be sitting there for an hr. When I told her I didn’t mind the wait, she AGAIN was huffing and puffing. Love Love Love this place. They take such good care of Harley. Dr Mel is awesome!
They were very compassionate to Daisy and even stayed past working hours to make her more comfortable. Highly recommend this vet. My vet (No name will be given) would not see her because I got there at 11 and he leaves at noon. New doc in this place. He should not be practicing as a vet. Receptionist lifted her arm in the direction of another vet. like Doctors they treat living beings. As a nurse I would never tell my patients sorry but I get off in an hour. Very disappointed in that so called "vet"
I had to unexpectedly put my cat down last week. They were so kind and supportive and patient with me. It was very hard on me and they were so understanding. It was clear that they genuinely cared about the people and the animals that come in and it was so great to have service like that during such a hard time. My cat, Bella, has always gone there except when I lived in a different state and I have never had anything but quality service from them. Our cat, Sunflower, started vomiting on Sunday. She wouldn’t eat or drink. ZVC worked her in today for X-rays, then again for an exam, and again for a 3.5 hour surgery. They were able to remove a piece of dental floss from her digestive tract, from the base of her tongue to her colon! I’m so grateful that she’s being well cared for. I knew when I left her with Michelle that everything possible would be done to help her. She’s not out of the woods yet, but if we were turned away, she wouldn’t have had a chance. Worst experience ever!! Rude and and uncaring staff! The girl with the long blond hair did not get her name needs some customer training classes...I don' t know what happened at that office but it was awful! I will never go back!
