I purchased a 24" Zephyr beverage/wine cooler for a remodel and the door was dented in two spots. Of course they won't return it and it's not part of the warranty. They want $500 for a new door!! I wanted to like their products but they are too delicate.
Their phone system and customer service is a joke. You are not able to get through to anyone. I sat on hold for over 2 hours!!! When I finally spoke to someone, they were not sure of an answer. I am surprised they are still in business.

I don't typically do reviews but with this product I couldn't help but leave some feedback. We do a ton of spicy cooking at home and our range hood was in need of a desperate upgrade. After doing a lot of research we settled on buying a 30" Zephyr Typhoon. When it arrived we were blown away by the craftsmanship and design - it was such a solidly built unit!
