Bought a top end Under the cabinet Hood. For unit that expensive and top end, the least they could do is add a Power cord. Why cringe on that? Include it as part of the price if need be.
Don't have online forms for people to fill out if you're not going to answer. Tried reaching out twice in the last couple years with parts advice for your "doesn't suck" range hood with no response. Oh and to get ahead of your response of "Awe gee there must be something wrong with the form" response, not likely.
I purchased a 24" Zephyr beverage/wine cooler for a remodel and the door was dented in two spots. Of course they won't return it and it's not part of the warranty. They want $500 for a new door!! I wanted to like their products but they are too delicate.
Their phone system and customer service is a joke. You are not able to get through to anyone. I sat on hold for over 2 hours!!! When I finally spoke to someone, they were not sure of an answer. I am surprised they are still in business.
