I have been to previous outpatient programs, but this program is completely different and has positively changed my life immensely. It’s a group setting led by a psychologist. Our group leader is absolutely wonderful. I have learned so many tools to deal with problems I’ve dealt with on my own for years. But it’s not just tools that I’ve learned. I’ve learned to look at situations in a different way that has made it possible for me to cope with, learned from and move past. I’m so grateful for this place.
