Defenitelly the worst decision I made, I had to look for a managment property due to move to South California. I fount very attractive and reliable comments but the things turn the worst could be expected. Poor interest in rent the property, poor proactivity and communication. After 4 months in vacancy!!! YES 4 MONTHS!!! I’m pretty sure a house owner can understand east is having a mortgage of an empty house. Well, after those 4 months I decided to cancel the service and give a chance to a Friend. Zenplace found tenants for our property but the entire process was difficult. We have been waiting over 6 months for them to send someone to pickup their lockbox on the door. We have tried call and email the company, and the only response was they will look into it. They said they don't have an office in southern California (to pick up the lockbox) but they do have one in Los Angelss. It has been pretty frustrating to receive no customer service. STAY AWAY- this is the worst PM company I have dealt with in my life. Zenplace lies blatantly on their contract. They agreed to multiple things to get me to sign up (inspections, rent collection, etc.) and ended up changing many of those things halfway through. Their negligence cost me well over $20k in lost rent as well as in repairs. I lost 50% of my tenants during their tenure as my property manager.
