In July 2023 I signed up for Zenith Inc.to work with my insurance company to get my roof repaired. In the beginning everything was good there was great communication questions were answered but then about 3 months in everything stopped . I would attempt to reach out to, the adjuster Ian D******, and ask for updates, and then things went silent. Zenith installed solar panels and a roof on my 1,700sq house for 46k and have refused to provide me with the necessary warranties for the solar system. They abandon you once you sign for completion of work. Unlike all solar system installers, Zenith will not assist you with the neccaasry paperwork for your state and federal incentives. Please avoid this company at all cost. Thank you

We will not hire Zenith again. We had a tree fall onto out house and it did significant damage. They said they would do the entire scope of work set out in the insurance estimate in a month. It took them five months and they only did 2/3 of the work, refusing to do the rest. When they sent us the final bill, it was for the full scope of work instead of the adjusted amount of work they actually did. I am very satisfied for Justin O and his company Zenith Inc to help us replace brand new roof recently. My team and I own multiple properties and this is not the first property where Justin has installed a roof for us." After the bad storm we had, Zenith handled all the documents needed by the other parties. Justin helped me know what was coming up or if there was anything I needed to do. Zenith, Inc. just installed new siding, gutters, and wrapped trim on our house. Their crews were courteous, accommodating, and very professional. Our house looks brand new now, and the details such as matching back plates for the lights and trim for electrical and plumbing outlets make it look quite spiffy. The whole process went very smoothly, and they worked directly with our insurance company, making it easy for us to enjoy this update.

We were contacted by Justin O****** shortly after a disastrous hail storm in our area, We decided to go with his company (after I did some research) especially when he told us he would deal with the insurance companies (we had multiple claims) for us. He did exactly that and we couldn't be more pleased. Anything that was going to happen was discussed to us before hand to get our agreement and/or just to inform us of what was going to be happening and when it would happen. Martellini Construction replaced the roof and siding on my home and did an excellent job. I thought so much of their work that I asked them to do other smaller renovation projects around my home. They are professional and dedicated craftsmen who stand behind their work, and if any inconsistencies are found they respond right away. I would recommend Martillini Construction to anyone who needs quality construction and/or renovation work performed.

I had occasion to use Zenith, Inc for some storm damage to my home roof and garage roof. Casey C****** was the lead on the work that was done. Casey C****** worked with my insurance company diligently - "jumping over hurdles" the on-site agent was loath to address. My garage is separate from my home and all the work was done timely and my roofs look amazing.
