In July 2023 I signed up for Zenith Inc.to work with my insurance company to get my roof repaired. In the beginning everything was good there was great communication questions were answered but then about 3 months in everything stopped . I would attempt to reach out to, the adjuster Ian Dickens, and ask for updates, and then things went silent. I would recommend Zenith to friends and family who need work done on their home. Debra Kramer was so easy to work with during insurance and estimate process. The guys who came for the installation were nice and did a good job in one day.
We are very pleased with Zenith, most particularly with our Project Manager, Debra Kramer. From the moment she knocked on our door, we found her to be personable, knowledgeable and professional. It was her approach that we found very refreshing.
