We are an HOA with several balconies. The city & state inspection requirements were due. The project made us (the board) and owners very anxious. We sought several proposals/bids. Zenith wasn't the least expensive however what they offered was much more complete and took a lot of coordinating off our shoulders. Such as other engineering firms provided the inspection, but not a contractor to create and patch necessary inspection portals.
