I've been searching for a spin class comparable to the ones I've been accustomed to in Dallas and I was so excited to discover Zengo cycle! I like that there is plenty of space between the bikes to do the upper body choreography without bumping your neighbor. Music selection this morning was fantastic and the instructor was motivating, But not drill sergeant mean! Will definitely be back here.

I love Zengo Bethesda....I took classes there through my ninth month of pregnancy and I credit the workouts for helping me have an easy delivery, recovery, and a mellow baby who sleeps. I just went for my first class post baby and it felt great to be back!
