I just had to write a review because my experience at Zengo was AMAZING! I've been spinning for years and tried the free intro class last night with Blake at the Kentlands location and it was awesome! Went at noon today and bought a package...can't wait to add this to my weekly workout routine! So glad you made a home in Gaithersburg! :)
Love the dynamic of the classes! It is a great workout. If you love music, cardio, workout & spinning this is the best place to go in the DC area. I just love it, since the first time! You burn calories and at the same time you have fun working hard.
I've been hitting the Bethesda Zengo bikes 5 days a week on average for the last year and a half, and here is what I know.....besides the fact that you're guaranteed to get a sweat-drenched fun work out, I've really enjoyed Kristi's rock/soul sister/authentic/den-mother vibin' hard ride, Taryn's uber confident/Super charged/own-the-crowd work-outs; Jason's high throttle spin (love the playlists), Kelli's connection to her group - she's the Tasmanian devil on a bike with her rolling and whirling, and, finally, Melissa's queen... read more
