I just finished my third class here...I’m hooked. The staff are all phenomenal, friendly, helpful, and welcoming! I love the physical challenge...I love the setting, the encouragement, and the euphoria I feel after. I plan to continue to make it a part of my journey to increased health and happiness. �

Wayne’s class was excellent yeaterday wish he would be in Bethesda more regularly, he would be amazing to take over Teryn’s 6am’s while she is on maternity leave. He has so much energy and his music was awesome!
