I am making this review because I see how the "owner" answers the phone when my wife called up there. First when she called to verify the time for her appointment the individual "butt dialed" her and you could hear the conversation that they were having in which they were talking about her and other patients and then when she called to verify a time when she could speak with her therapist and the "owner" told her a time that the therapist would be done. Horrible. I tried to speak to my counselor and the guy who answered the phone said that she would be done by 5. I called back by 5:30 and then he says she has clients all day and wont be do.ne till 7. I replied oh ok well first you said 5 and now its 7? He replied oh are you calling me a liar. Umm what?? Im disconnecting the services with you. He claims to be the owner not even a receptionist,but you answering the phone and talking to your clients like that. He is very rude and nasty person. My initial session with Chris far exceeded my expectations. He made me feel comfortable and free to talk about my issues and what lies ahead for me to be able to move forward. I left that session with a positive feeling and hope that I can get through a difficult situation.
