My first time visiting Zen Zone and what a beautiful space it is with an equally beautiful owner inside & out. Kara made me feel so welcome & at ease. It was my first experience of a lymphatic drainage massage & Kara spent the time talking me through the therapy. The therapy itself was very relaxing & enjoyable. Kara is very skilled & knowledgeable. Also a suprise gift of bath salts 🎁 Thank you, I will be back
Had a little treat Mother&Son 1 hour massage !!! It was too short. That’s how good it was 💫 Already looking forward to our next session. Such relaxation. It was absolutely amazing. Thank you so so much for your kindness and expertise 🫶🏼

This massage was absolutely transformational. I feel so much lighter and like waves of tension and trauma have been released. Such a convenient location so close to the hospital. Would thoroughly to recommend to any family, patients and staff experiencing stress/trauma associated with hospital issues (or anyone else in need of an exceptional massage). Will definitely be returning 😊
I needed a massage as I hold tension in my back and shoulders really badly, I wasn’t sleeping well at all. After a massage here I slept properly for the first time in months! The location is great too, and the space is a perfect retreat.
