It was such a relief to be able to order just ONE window at a reasonable price. I also appreciated the super-efficient team--no selling, just a quick measurement and then the install when it was ready . My window is lovely.
ZEN windows was a great experience. The sales and installation process was streamlined and effective. No pressure. Sales and installation reps were helpful and easy to work with. Softlite windows are high quality at a reasonable price. Installation was right on schedule and done well. I would use ZEN again without hesitation.

Their franchise head takes personal accountability to fix quality defects, plus fair price offering with mutual trust. From a customer point, make sure measurements reviewed align to actuals before taking it to manufacturer.
