I recently had replacement windows installed by Zen Windows. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with from the staff to the installation team was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The installer was especially kind and meticulous, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. My new windows look absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Zen Windows for anyone considering a window replacement project.

I never write reviews but this time I have to. I was an installer for this company and it surprises me that it is one of the few companies that truly take responsibility for their installations. I witnessed how they document everything and really look for solutions. The warranty process sometimes takes time because they always follow their procedures and cover many areas. Go elsewhere for honesty, professionalism and windows. 1. Luke lied to me about available discounts. 2. I asked to have a bid revised from sliders (never discussed) to double hung. He said he would get it to me that day but weeks later, I have still not received. 3. The bid that he had sent "expired" after 3 days!?! That type of bait and switch and hard sell tactics are no way to do business. It was such a relief to be able to order just ONE window at a reasonable price. I also appreciated the super-efficient team--no selling, just a quick measurement and then the install when it was ready . My window is lovely.
