Very easy company to deal with. Everything came on time and everyone in the process was nice and easy. Window is great quality. Just be sure to ask what the installation cost is. Not mentioned with the price of the windows until the proposal. Most companies gave an "installed window" price.
We worked with Zen Windows in the fall to replace the windows in our home office. They were quick and easy to work with from start to finish. No long appointments to sell us on windows. The process of providing measurements and receiving a quote was simple and competitive and the crew who did the work were very professional. They were fast, respectful and clearly showed attention to detail. I won't hesitate to contact them again when we're ready to replace additional windows in our home.
We replaced our 1957 basement single-pane hopper windows with dual-pane vinyl windows. The installation was well-done and I'm looking forward to a draft-free experience in the basement this winter.
