I did a lot of research and had 2 other companies come give us an estimate for replacement of all our windows. Zen was right there with another company in price, but we chose Zen based off the reviews we read, as well as how great the process was, no one in my home trying to sell me windows, just an upfront no pressure way of doing things. I have to say, now that the windows are installed, I absolutely love them, Brian did an amazing job of installing and everyone was easy to work with.
