When I found Zen, I was skeptical and thought the quote (and reviews I saw online) were “too good to be true,” but the work and the service were outstanding. They really maintain their promise of no surprises. They had an issue with removing the old windows that took extra time and materials and refused to take any extra money for this extra work. The installer was exceptional. A real professional finish carpenter.
Yes, I would recommend Zen Windows to my family and friends! Everyone was so nice and answered any of my questions. Rob and his worker were very nice and took care of cleaning up after their work was done, enjoyed them as very friendly and did excellent work. Matt stopped over after the windows were installed and asked if I had any questions. It was very nice to finally meet Matt. Thank you Alix, Matt, and employess.
Zen windows is a great company run by fantastic people. From the 1st quote to the install everything worked out better than I expected. The owner is very knowledgable about the products they sell and the install crew (Brian and crew) knows their business and do a great job. If the need every arises I would definitely do business with them again!!! 5 Star operation!
Great company, super responsive and always made sure I knew what the next steps in the process were and when to expect things to happen! Hassle free service as well, no sales pitch but willing to answer any questions you have on the windows. The install crew were all super friendly and professional as well, we will most definitely be reaching out the next time we need windows upgraded!
Wow! What an awesome experience. The crew that came out to install, was just amazing! They were so kind in accommodating some special requests that I had, and it was honestly a pleasure to have them in our home working.
