Incredibly supportive reception staff have made every visit smooth and welcoming. It is wonderful to have familiarity at the office especially when I've tried so many different treatments over the years in isolation. Bad mannered towards their cilents. The receptionists are rude, impatiently and they can't mind their own business, they judge you for being late and they are bossy for you being on time, it's a free country, we don't need people judging one another, Society has gone downhill because of people like them. Their neurofeedback is good but They are useless for never changing people's medication when they have panic attacks, people need stronger medication for their fears and change their dosage so their intrusive thoughts can go... read more

Highly recommend Zen Waves. All the staff from receptionists to psychiatrists were professional, friendly, extremely helpful and caring. Excellent knowledge & support from the doctors. Clean, calm, lovely space. Staff were always running on time & telehealth was available if I could not get to the clinic. I felt comfortable to ask any question and received helpful answers every time. I was diagnosed with ADHD and the medication prescribed has been very effective. I'm very grateful & highly recommend this clinic!
