Wow what can I say, I have my life back. I have been sober for 8 months now thanks to the amazing people at Zen. Dr.Viar and Buck, y’all never judged, never once over stepped and yall never let me forget why I was there. A lot of people don’t take treatment serious and I know that has to be stressful on you guys. But yall never stop trying and I thank god for that. I will eternally be grateful for the compassion and support yall showed me.

Every single person at this practice has made such a positive impact on my life. I'm still in the first half of my treatment, but I can already tell that this is what I needed. The treatment without these kind and patient people???? I'm sure it would be helpful, but in my way of looking at things it would not be as effective without the peaceful atmosphere, the generosity of time and the kindness of every individual.

This place gave me my life back! I'm able to do all the things I used to enjoy doing again. My anxiety has reduced and I can actually control it! Same for depression! No longer cloudy headed! I'm sleeping better, eating better, more motivated, problem solving, etc. The just goes on and on and on. This is the fast track to a better, happier healthier you again!
