I have been a loyal fan of Zen nails for 7 years now but in the last year and a half the quality at the salon has decreased. Pedicures at the salon are always consistently good but manicure experience wholeheartedly relies on who is doing them. In the last year I have had the owner and manager Andrea do my nails twice and both times it has been a horrible experience from start to finish. I like doing my nails here with Hellen. She’s an amazing nails tech. The only problem with this place is they never respect appointments and they take other clients at the time of tour appointment
I go here every 2-3 weeks to get my acrylic nails done and see the same person everytime, thank you Tommy! He does a great job and is always so kind! I always look forward to coming here to get my nails done. I love the location, that atmosphere, the people. Highly recommend!
My toes good, but my nails horrible I got gel x they were falling off a day later. I went back got them done over and they drilled may actual nail and when I went back to show them they blame me smh. If that don’t look like my actual nail drilled out I must be crazy and it’s on both hands .
