I visited Zen Nails for a dip manicure on 5/11. I came in as a walk-in and was asked to come back 30 minutes later, which was totally fine. In hindsight, it’s clear that they did not have time for me since my appointment lasted two hours. The manager stopped my manicure numerous times to help another client, answer phone calls/texts, check clients out, and other administrative tasks (talking with the window cleaners). If I could give a 0, I absolutely would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude customer service and poor skills on chrome. Refused to clean up her mistakes on the nails. Edit : They will say call us and talk to us and we will help resolve - thats pure waste of time, I called them and all she did was yell at me again and then hung up on me - wow I have never seen such bad experience, and I have been doing my nails for years.
Update 2026: I always ask for Na. She really took the time to take care of me. Best nail salon I've been so far in Broad Ripple. Service is fast. All the techs are always smiley and nice. They don't rush through, but take time to do a good job. The owner, Andrea and Ricky, always do a good job accommodate big parties. Perfect place for an relaxation time (with a drink ;) )!
I have been a loyal fan of Zen nails for 7 years now but in the last year and a half the quality at the salon has decreased. Pedicures at the salon are always consistently good but manicure experience wholeheartedly relies on who is doing them. In the last year I have had the owner and manager Andrea do my nails twice and both times it has been a horrible experience from start to finish.
