Love love love! Everyone is lovely and they do a wonderful service
Very rude, my wife was told to come at 2pm, we did, only to be told to come back at 4 in a very manner, worse customer service

I’ve been having my nails done at Zen for many years. I have dip done for my finger nails and I get the collagen spa pedicure (which is wonderful)! All the nail technicians do a great job.
I had a great experience with getting a basic pedicure. The nail technician was very friendly. He was detailed and did a great job with cutting, filing and painting. The massage was excellent and I could tell he cared about doing a good job with everything.
