RecommendedFrom the moment I walked in, Zen was a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Doctor B provided a thorough exam and answered all my questions. For the first time in my life, an Eye Doctor actually saved me money on what is usually and ridiculously expensive contract prescription and bonus, they are more comfortable contacts! They have a new patient for life!
We had a wonderful experience. Dr. B is great with kids and very efficient. All our questions were answered, glasses picked out, and we were on our way in under 20 minutes.
Awesome and professional care in a relaxed setting. I recently had an appointment at this fine establishment and was very satisfied with every aspect of my visit. The eye exam was quick and painless and Dr. Bohjanen did an excellent job making me feel at ease. It had been nearly 10 years since my previous exam and there was no scolding or lecturing, just an earnest desire to help me catch up in the field of optical health. I plan on recommending this establishment to all my friends and neighbors in Cook County.
My experience at Zen Eye Care was phenomenal! Dr. Bohjanen and his staff truly care for their clients! The atmosphere was inviting and uplifting! I would definitely recommend their services and look forward to going back to purchases glasses and for future check ups.
These guys are great. They not only do a great job taking care of people's vision, they also help the community with their activities ...but just not having activities while in COVID times.
My sister in law is a phenomenal eye doctor, but she practices 2500 miles away in Camas Washington so we can't always get in to see her. That being said.. my standard is understandably high, and I was completely blown away at the level of care at this eye appointment. I have worked along side doctors for over 20 years and bedside manner cannot be taught.. you either have it or you don't. Best eye doc in Duluth hands down. I never do reviews, but this needs to be shared.

My very 1st visit was exceptional. Great staff, excellent eye doctor, Eric who was so professional and friendly (we talked family and sports), oh wow specialty equipment for eye care, beautiful facility with array of plants, a zen feeling and super nice people. I would recommend to all my friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I am excited to get my new glasses in a week🙂
