Service can be slow at times, but always good food.
They refused to provide me an order of their ramen to-go after I finished dining in their restaurant. I consider this poor customer service, I will never be back.

One of the top 5 ramen experiences I’ve had. Egg was great and actually soft!
I fell in love with their chicken teriyaki about 13 years ago in their old skyway location I ordered it once or twice a week. It was my favorite lunch until, they moved to their new location and started serving ramen. This is the gold standard for Ramen in the twin cities. I can’t highlight any one part of the experience because it is 100% perfection. From the moment it is set down in front of you, until the last sip, Zenbox ramen is pure joy.
Excellent quality, best ramen I have had outside Japan. Highly recommend!
