Zen Beauty Spa I really was not too impressed with the Zen Beauty Spa on West Portal Avenue. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted and asked if you would like to have tea or coffee. I found that nice. When the lady did my mini facial, she would not stop talking. And her talking was incessant, non stop the whole entire time. GREAT PLACE FOR A PEDICURE WHEN EVERY I HAVE A LITTLE EXTRA $$$ TO SPEND OF NEED SOME PAMPERING, I GO TO THIS ZEN. ITS GREAT AND THE STAFF IS REALLY GOOD.JUST CALL IN ADVANCE FOR APPT. SINCE THEY NORMALLY GET BOOKED UP QUICK.PRICES ARE SLIGHTLY EXPENSIVE BUT WORK IT. PROS: GREAT PEDICURES CONS: PARKING IS HARD TO FIND AND THE PARKING METERS ARE EXPENSIVE

The names says it all..... I just gotta say that I LOVE this place. When I have the extra money to splurge, I make it a point to spend some time here. Even if it's just for a mini facial, it's soooo worth it. Of course, prices are a little steep but the service and the amenities more than make up for it. Their deep cleaning facial, along with a mini massage just takes all the stress out of your day plus some.
