Scratched my teak floor because they didn’t pick up the stove they installed. Confronted them about it and said their not responsible for any damage and just shrugged it off. One of the installers complained I used an F bomb when I noticed it... you just scratched my super expensive floor of course I used an f bomb!
Just reading how they handle their customer complaints makes me want to steer clear from this TRASH company.
This place is wonderful!! The best customer service! We were just there and found a great deal on the fridge we have been looking for and they are delivering Monday. We will be back for more applications! I'm very happy we found this place. Thank you!
They scratched the floors in the house I stay in. Non apologetic.
The guys at Zella Appliances are simply amazing. They are friendly and honest and They even guarantee their Appliances for 6 months. They were able to deliver my dryer the very next day. My would definitely buy from them again. Their service and their Appliances are A one!!!!!

Walked in and got assistance immediately, explained what I needed and the guys had my truck loaded with my washer, cashed me out with a great deal, and gave me a warranty within 15 minutes. All around terrific experience!! Would shop again any day.
