He's a rip off. Washer gave out before warranty. Suppose to drop off another never did. Family owned wife lied. They something else. Take money else where
TOM was easy to work with! He had amazing prices and good free warranty 6 months better than people gives only one month. The quality of our appliances is awesome! Definitely will go back when we need anything else
Be very aware that when you purchase a product form them the appliance goes out soon after the bogus 3 month warranty! Then they try to pretend like hes going to help you but instead rips you off!! He will tell you hell send a repair guy out then, try to charge you for parts, then say oh well it can't be fixed well work something out, charge you for another appliance at a discount price then he will take the old one back, only to fix it and make more money!! I recently bought a washer from Zella Appliances for a very reasonable price and they offered to deliver and install it Will recommend them to all my friends
Horrible customer service, they scratched my floor and unapologetically refunded the $30 delivery fee after a full out argument. Zero care for the damage. His solution was to remove and refund me for the now installed stove and take it back to the store. So to drag it back out and scratch my floor some more because they’re too cheap to buy moving straps like a legit company. THEY DRAG APPLIANCES ACROSS THE FLOOR. Would you be OK with that?
