My wife and I went for dinner last night, since they have only been open a week I was expecting there could be some hiccups, but nope. The ribs were meaty, fall off the bone, not all fatty or dried out. Brisket and pulled pork were superb, and the baked beans were the best I've ever had, with little chunks of meat stirred in. I couldn't have dreamed a better restaurant. Great food. Great booze selection. Great bartender (Brandy), and if I didn't know better, I'd say I made the music selections myself. On my way out I visited the little boys room and, let me tell you, the band flyer wall paper made me stand there and try and remember how many of those shows I'd seen.
