The absolute WORST customer service I have experienced in the 35 years I have been in the automotive industry. I met these guys at the Indy PRI show in December. I was looking at their dual sensor O2 gauge and I told them I was currently using an Innovative single O2 gauge. Amazing products, fast customer service. I had already installed some Zeitronix items on my vehicle before (ECA2 analyzer and CAN BUS interface), but adjusted my setup after a motor rebuild. I needed a way to get live data on E content and fuel temp, and the team got back to my request within minutes, helped me locate the right product for what I needed, and provided support on adjusting settings to my liking. Extremely disappointing customer service.
Amazing customer support! Quick email responses when I was having trouble getting power to the gauge. I was immediately upset with the situation but the zeitronix customer support was quick to assist and to even offer a new gauge. Gauge was packaged neatly and looks very nice! Definitely recommend and will use this same gauge for my future builds!
Just received my Zt-3 and I’m very impressed with your product ! Gauge is beautiful and slim I can’t wait to install ! Definitely exceeded my expectations!
