I went to Zeina to design my engagement ring and had a phenomenal experience. I came in with a specific vision, and Carl executed it beautifully. Throughout the entire process, Carl kept us updated and provided guidance that helped me design my dream ring. Bad customer service. Update: Yes after I experienced bad customer service I just decided not to come back. - When I asked about the price ( gold , tariffs , making) the sales person got annoyed with me like why am asking these questions! - I told him I will go to get money in cash because he did’t accept cards and once I come back . will I be able to get a ring too with band ? Truly an amazing place to buy your gold from, the owner is actually present in the store and explains the value and pricing and is transparent about literally every detail he has styles that are trending and top notch.
