We worked with *** the general manager who worked out our deal for a 2021 Armada over the phone. When we got to the dealer, we dealt with **** our salesperson and the sales process went flawlessly since all the numbers were already done with ***. **** spent a good deal of time explaining all the bells and whistles on the Armada, explained to us the training videos were on the website, and answered all of our questions.
