I wish that I could also give this dealership 5 stars. But, I cant. I was told by the advisor that the recall was fixed on my car. But, now I find out that the part was now ordered. I have had several problems with this dealership and I decided that I would give them another chance and they failed. I really wish we could write a positive review for this dealership. Unfortunately we cannot. What it comes down to, is that their salesman are not knowledgeable on the vehicles that they are selling and they will flat out lie to your face just to get the deal done. I feel like they took complete advantage of us and I guess shame on my husband and myself for not taking our business elsewhere. ****** receive struts on the car never stated that I would need a wheel alignment after bothering with the wheel. That is highly recommended. Terrible knowledge on service advisor.
