I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!This was the 2nd dealership I had went to and I can honestly say I had a great experience as a first time buyer. the salesman, ******************* was exceptionally helpful in helping me find the work vehicle I was in search of. The vehicle is exactly what I was looking for and he had complete follow through closing the sale and making sure I was completely satisfied. LIES, LIES, LIES AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!! WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS AT ALL!! Their internet prices are not real! I called before going and asked about a Nissan Rogue priced at ****** on their site and ****** on cars.com. Price was confirmed by *****. Test drove the car and explained to ***** I have ran the numbers with tax, trade in and down payment and the car would put me at affordable monthly payment of a little over $300/mo. Went in to buy a new car with a trade. Called several times that week to see if they would take my car for a trade was told yes. My car was a year old car with 6,000 miles on it, was told my car wasn’t worth anything and they were taking a loss by taking it in but they agreed to. Due to the significant issues on the Carfax and AutoCheck, we did not plan on selling your trade-in on our lot. Purchases a used minivan, was told that it was a certified lot for used cars. Turns out they inspect cars "when they feel like it" had to fight for weeks to get a car inspection report and to find out when the last oil change was. Not only that, their inspections came back perfect but took it to a trusted Mechanic and it turned out that I needed all 4 breaks replaced, the back breaks didn't have a line connected to them and the fronts were severely corroded. I went to Zeigler in their service department. I had a light on my dashboard. When they diagnosed it, I paid their fee which was $165. When I paid this fee I was told if I came back in 30 days they would apply this fee to my RO. The total bill for the repair was $1077. I made an appointment to go back that next week to get the repair done. The company I purchased my vehicle from paid for the repair. I financed a new vehicle July 2020 which proceeded to die on me 3 times the following week. I ended up having to pay to have it towed home the last time. After a few hours it would start back up but there was obviously a problem with the vehicle. I take it back to the dealership to get checked/traded because I no longer want it. I recently took my car here for service and was very pleased. They were very helpful and I got my car in and out very quickly. It was also nice to get a car wash. I will be returning for service again.
