Car threw an engine code due to oil over filled. They claim they cannot over fill oil since the oil gun is digital. You're suppose to still check the dipstick after the oil has had a chance to settle for a few minutes to verify. They clearly did not and as someone who works in the industry i know those oil guns need to be calibrated regularly to be accurate. They refuse to stand by their work on a simple oil change on a leased vehicle that only they have worked on.
