I stopped by this past Wednesday to look for a car. We all know how aggressive car salesman can be…well no on came to help us so we went and grabbed someone. Brought her over to ask about a couple of cars and wow! Just wow! Talk about a rude condensing woman!! After I asked one question and she answers back with the rudest answers like I was asking for her first born! I walked away right after that. Avoid this place at all costs! They will take your money, deceive you and belittle you. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews and saved myself a lot of money and time. They took my car and did a horrible job with the repairs they were supposed to do. Their customer service has been difficult to get ahold of, rude and not helpful. Don’t make the same mistake I did and take your money and business elsewhere

My son told them he wanted an oil change and 2 low beam headlights replaced on his dodge ram. We usually go to another dealership but this one was closer to him. They brought his truck back to do the headlight after the bumper was off they came out to confirm the price of $240. He was in shock but told them to go ahead because one of the bulbs was completely out . When done they only put one bulb in and charged him $199 labor which is an hour. We had the best experience working with Rod. He was friendly, fair, gave good advice, and when we purchased our van he took time to show us every single control in the darn thing. Rich and Ted were big help too. Highly recommend this group.

DONT BUY USED CARS FROM THEM Back in 2022 I bought a 2015 jeep Patriot with 100k miles on it, 3 days later the engine light popped up, I took it in and they told me it needed a NEW ENGINE, 3 DAYS AFTER BUYING THE VEHICLE, the total was about $4500 in repairs, I explained I bought this a a family car and it needing a new engine 3 days after buying it is unacceptable and needs to be repaired, THE BEST THEY COULD DO FOR ME WAS GIVE ME $500 OFF, bc I didn’t have a warranty, I guess I thought 3 days after buying it they would tak... read more
