I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Zeigler Grandville. River was my sales person and it was probably the best buying experience that I have had with Zeigler (purchased/leased several vehicles from them). River was very knowledgeable about the Jeep answering all of my questions, giving me insight to some things that were new to the new style Jeeps that I was not aware of. Today I stopped by for an Oil Change. I asked for 5W/30W Full Synthetic. I was told they could Only use the recommended Stalantis 0W/20W Full Synthetic for a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Overland. NO Explanation. "Just a Take It Or Leave It Attitude". I left. I Own Two Jeeps. A Gladiator & A Wrangler JKU. I will Never Darken their door for Sevice Again. Next purchase will be with Cross Jeep in Louisville, Kentucky. BEST DEALS IN MID AMERICA, BAR NONE. .
Overall my experience here was very poor. I ended up here after a tow truck took me here for a warranty on my jeep. The service staff that helped me seemed very disorganized, and overall very unhelpful. I would NOT recommend them for warranty services. Pick the other jeep dealership in Grand rapids, I wish I would've.
We bought a vehicle from them. Sales guy, good. Service, good. Finance guy, not so much. He ticked off my wife so bad with his male Chauvinistic attitude she walked out briefly before we signed the deal and just about walked completely. We still haven't received a survey from the sales and finance end but they are very quick to send out surveys after a service visit.
Joshua Mcgee was awesome. Went out of his way to find exactly what we needed for the family.Thank you so much highly recommend!!!!
