Just getting around to leaving a review. 0/10, would not recommend. Traded in 2 great vehicles for 1 family van - the van was making a slight noise upon turning when we test drove it and they were able to “fix it” while we signed the papers to purchase it (first red flag, we should have walked away) We drove it off the lot and the issue was not fixed. People were nice but I did not purchase vehicle but all were very helpful
I was pulling in the gas station and I came across the Zeigler truck and he had the nerve to call me Ahole (4:40pm 10/13/2025) All the pumps were taken on the side where my gas cap was. So I had make wide turn to back into a spot. Then comes the Zeigler truck coming in way too fast and we almost hit each other. Don’t care that he called me it but I buy all my supplies from this dealership so I’ll be changing suppliers. Honestly was no need to yell it out the window, all he doing is miss representing you guys.
Service department is awful. I took my Jeep in (with 38k miles, mind you) 3 weeks ago because it's making noise when making turns. They misdiagnosed it the first time, which I paid for, and then misdiagnosed it 2 more times, and then they gave up on it. I called Jeep customer care and they apparently won't send an engineer or tech advisor out in a reasonable amount of time.
