So kind and thoughtful. Had another florist cancel my order 20 minutes before the funeral of a dear friend and I was so upset. I called Zeidlers and they had an arrangement delivered there within an hour. Above and beyond customer service
Great florist in Evansville Indiana area! On time delivery and my bestie was blown away by the flowers & plants included! So healthy and beautifully blooming! She sent me a pic and the entire arrangement seemed bigger than what I chose on their website (which was easy to navigate)! I'll be back for sure!
I ordered flowers for a very special occasion as a surprise and somehow they were delivered to the wrong location. It ruined the surprise because the recipient had to be notified to go locate them, which they did and the arrangement was absolutely perfect. Mistakes happen but I was upset about the ruined experience of a surprise. They made the situation right without hesitation and were very apologetic. For the excellent customer service I highly recommend them. Their flowers were beautiful and it worked out. Thank you
