The couple's counseling was a failure, so we were transitioning to personal counseling. I was trying to contact the next counselor who was supposed to take over my case, and after 4 voicemails (because their service line goes directly to voicemail), and a direct email asking for help, I still haven't received it since July 8th. Their response and customer service needs an overhaul. I also have been charged improperly at least 2 times. There's a lot of disorganization with this company. I am dissatisfied.

Unprofessional. Told to use the Client Portal and can never "hear' back from the therapist to reschedule. The front desk is a voicemail. Only replies to your email when you tell them you are through with them. Thats what happened to me! The times shown on google are inaccurate. I called in a urgent manner because I waited 3 business days (Sunday is shown to be open) and they never responded. They do not care! Save yourself the emotional anguish and the paperwork on filing a grievance complaint.
