Manager was very rude when we asked her to give us a refund after we were over charged for cookies.

The drive thru service is horrible here. I work nearby and most days am in a rush to grab food for lunch and I understand that they can't control the amount of people but, every time I've gone through the drive through person barely utters a greeting to take your order (sounds like muttering at best) and I always tell them I want a different sauce (nothing against Zaxby's I just don't like the zax sauce) and they NEVER give me the sauce I ask for so I sound like a psycho getting an attitude in the drive through.
