MY EXPERIENCE…Went in there today(09/14/2025) and ordered at 5:58pm for take out. I didn’t get my order until 6:27pm. I waited 29 minutes for a takeout order. There was 4 people that came in after me and ordered to dine in and they got their food within a few minutes. A mother, daughter and son came in, ordered and got their food to go as well. Food was good, but dining room was not clean.
Zaxby’s won’t care about my review because the other reviews for this location are equally atrocious. Mine is just another drop in the bucket. Dirty tables and trash everywhere? A 30-minute wait just to make three chicken fingers? Flat soft drinks? Come on, Zaxby’s. You’ve got to do better than this!
