Worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been too! Staff didn’t know what they were doing and the food was awful, barely got any sauce on my Wings and the fries were soggy and undercooked. Will not be going back
Wow! What an experience we had! My son had told me about Zaxby's from when he drove otr. And this place definitely was hitting. From the manager personally taking our orders to the different varieties of wings, tenders and sauces! Magnificent! If you ever get a chance stop in you will thank me later lol.
In the middle of a rush Stephanie went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it! Give her a raise;)
A sad excuse for a Zaxby’s. We’ve been to several and this one is the worst by far! Employee seemed confused when taking our order, I didn’t receive buffalo sauce on my salad with buffalo glazed chicken. 🤦♀️ My husband received a spoonful of coleslaw for his side..pictured below before he ate any of it.
