This zaxbys has a portion problem and saucing problem. I’ve ordered from here for the last year and it’s been hit or miss. More misses than hits honestly. Wings are always dry, chicken fingers either really hard or barely sauced. Large fry? Forget about it. It’s one size no matter what you order or the price… oh and if you want extra sauce? Forget about it. I’m at the point where I never want to eat zaxbys again. The alabaster and calera locations are phenomenal.. but Hoover? good was great but a worker by the name “Tyrail” was extremely rude and unkind to me. I am a service worker myself so i understand having bad days and try to give grace but this was ridiculously uncalled for and it honestly hurt my feelings the way he was speaking to me and ruined my lunch break. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a zaxbys worker ever and typically have a good experience. This was just super not ok and i hope this reaches the right person.
