RecommendedWe went to Zaxbys because ChickFillet was so crowded. We are from out of town, Zaxbys is new to us. Food was delicious, decor was fun to look at and staff was very friendly. We will definitely go again:-)
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager was completely disrespectful to my mother today. They should be ashamed. I’ve read other reviews as well and this seems to be the norm.
I usually go to the Schomburg Rd Zaxby’s, however the one on Bradley Park is much closer and if I chose to go again I will go out of my way to the Schomburg Rd one. I went to Bradley Park Zaxby’s tonight ordered a Cobb Salad, grilled toast in the side, ranch dressing and 3 oatmeal raisin cookies. I got home and no dressing. Sad went to get a milkshake and was told they discontinued milkshakes?
Everyone’s so rude and laughing in the back until a customer comes up and there’s no more smile or anything! Pardon my french, but i’m definitely going out of my way to go to Macon Road. And We went back to get some wings i had wanted and we wanted them with a little extra sauce and the box was filled to almost the top with sauce. we just wanted the wings wet, but there’s some smart asses in the kitchen. This service was absurd.
Had the runs all night, so did my family , microwaved crispy chicken ain't my thing!
I keep telling myself not to go back, but I do hoping it's gotten better. But no. Went thru drive thru at lunch, got the zak snack. It was terrible. The chicken was so overcooked I could not eat it. The fries were cold and hard. Even the bread was burnt. I won't be going back.
Very upset, I just went through the drive through and ordered a boneless wings and things meal, hot honey mustard, with a sprite and an extra zax sauce and a cob salad fries with honey mustard dressing and a Dr pepper. Well, I get home, and was given a boneless wings meal, but charged for the wings and things. Very upset.
