I dub this location “The Sorriest Zaxby’s.” Because, I always have issue with my order. You may ask yourself why I went to the location, then. Well, I usually visit the Schomburg location, and love it. But, today I had business on Bradley Park and gave it another try. I ordered two salads and some wings. The place has terrible management
The worst location in Columbus
A theory.... order 10 boneless got 9. couple weeks later order again tell myself its all good. well we went the other way got 8... just a theory... but if you can't count what goes in the box how do you know you are getting paid correctly.. just a theory : 102 akeyvia check nr. 32 Brooke manager.
If you are going to charge for extra sauce, be sure to give it to the customer when they order it!!
Repeated myself THREE times!!!! THREE! That I wanted light vinaigrette dressing on my Salad. What do they give me? Caesar dressing. I always have issues with this zaxbys. They always get my order wrong or short me on something.
This Zaxby's has the worst, apathetic employees. They never get anything right and leave things out of your order on a consistent basis.
the zaxbys on Bradley park is terrible. they messed up my order and about 6 people order behind me. guess I'll find another zaxbys
