No one wanted to work and all food was cold. Left disappointed. Never will go back to
Zaxbys left out the primary part (tray of tenders) of our large UBEREATS order. When I called, a staff member hung up on me and would't pick up my additional calls. When I called from a different number and was finally able to speak to a manager she was completely unhelpful and offered to give me free chicken "next time I ordered" even after having explained that there were now 3 people left without lunch. The customer service was good and we got our food with a quickness!!! It was great! I highly recommend this place!!

Poor Customer Service! They don't know how treat their customers, waiting over 25 minutes for your food. Never again! Go some where else.
