I wouldn't eat anywhere that doesn't know what's going on with other store when it's posted right on their website! They shared a post stating "for reasons unknown the zaxby's on waters has closed". but if you go on their website it clearly states that they are TEMPORARILY closed for remodeling. I couldn't imagine what they don't know about happenings in their own location.

Absolutely horrible. Worst Zaxby's I have been to in over 20 years of my Zaxby's experiences. Poor management, inconsistent food quality, no follow up, untrained staff and management. Gave them three tries to prove me wrong ... nothing has improved. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. When I tried to contact the Hillsborough location after my last visit: NO REPLY. Same thing when I reached out to corporate.

On my last visit there was before my daughter's graduation and they clearly didnot have clearly enough sauce for their sandwiches. There was myself my daughter and my wife normally we love Zaxby's but there was just something wrong with this picture I mean I'm not enough sauce for their sandwiches. Things that make you think.
My co workers and I used to go every Monday. Last time I was there I asked for my chicken strips to be tossed in wimpy sauce. When I got to the table they gave me plain chicken strips. When I finally sat down to eat lunch, I looked down at my salad and there was a nat fly dead in the lettuce so we just left.. Not to mention the floor is always sticky everytime we go and the Coca-Cola machine could be cleaned as well.. idk, I used to love this place but it needs a deep cleaning if you ask me.
