I never write reviews but I had to check my receipt & get this cashier's name so I can let you know that Lonneika needs to be a manager. She is so smiley, happy & fast. I could tell that it was genuine. Promote her!
I swear I was given old expired chicken which, by the way, made me quite ill. The wing at the very bottom of my platter was severely discolored and looked rotten. Too bad I hadn't noticed sooner. Never again am I eating here.
Order was completely wrong. Drinks weren't even right. On top of that, the person taking my order had a bad attitude. Really would've appreciated getting what I actually paid for. �
I love going to Zaxbys on Apalachee Pkwy. The food is always fresh, the service is wonderful, and the combos are out of this world!!
One of the employees was/is so rude.. Never eating here again! Employee name is Takeisha
The people working were very nice, and the food was good.
Very disappointed in this location. Waited 35 minutes for our order and then it was incorrect. Waited a few more minutes for new sandwich and it was still wrong. No apologies from staff. :(
