I stopped at zaxbys tonight on my way to work. I have to be at work at 7 but I left early because I didn’t have lunch. I ordered and payed for my food at 6:20. I know it was 6:20 because that’s what is on my receipt. They asked me to pull over and wait which was fine. There were cars parked everywhere and no one was getting their food. They were not friendly. Looked in my bag and noticed no napkins (much needed at a ballfield) so I asked for some. They acted like it was the biggest hassle and gave me a whopping 3 napkins! Get to the field and pulled out my salad....NO SILVERWARE! If you hate your job, get another one! Geez 🙄
RecommendedAbsolutely amazing service. The manager and workers were all so nice and so helpful. I definitely recommend this location compared to the other Anderson location. Food was fresh and everyone was smiling and happy to take orders and help out. Just wanted to thank them all for being so much nicer than the other location.

We ordered two 4-count chicken finger plates and we got home and there was NO CHICKEN FINGERS!!! There’s fries, bread and sauces but no chicken fingers. No one will answer the phone and now we have to drive 15 minutes back to complain. How do you seriously forget the chicken fingers??? And you want $15 an hour? 😂

Ordered platters for super bowl, waited 30 mins past pickup time for food. Get home and the chips have no seasoning and the nibblers have no zax sauce on them. Terrible service once again, this is the last straw, done with zaxbys
