5:53 we placed our order 20 minutes later we got the wrong food and it was cold and hard then took it back and waited so long I got a refund it was only 2 5 piece meals!! total time spent was 45 minutes I wasn't the only person who left with a refund if your the owner get rid of these punk teenagers they don't care about your business fire them quick!
Don’t ever order extra Zaxbys sauce and expect to actually get it if you go thru the drive thru window. It never fails.... they always forget to give it to you. Even when you ask “Is the extra sauce in the bag?”.... they’ll say yes..... don’t believe them. If it was free.... maybe could forgive you for forgetting.... but you have to pay for it.... so forgetting is unacceptable.

What a disaster! This is my first time ever coming here, not only am I new to the area but everyone from this area raves about it. Once I got what they would normally order, I got shafted. These are possibly the smallest chicken fingers I have ever been served. I can handle long wait times, I can handle rude service but if my food isn’t right, it just makes everything worse. Concerned customer.
We came in at 3:50 on 7/17. There was no one ordering or waiting to order. Young girl that took our order was oblivious that we were standing there. Didn’t greet us. We seemed to be a bother to her. Our order came out and mine was wrong. I took it back up and all 4 people behind the counter just stared at me like the fault was mine.
