Everything tastes heavily processed. The spicy is NOT spicy. French Fries tasted like mushrooms…(change your cooking oil) The worst part about the experience is they are hysterical about COVID I suppose, if you aren’t driving with a mask on, the employees in the drive thru will treat you like a leper.

I eat at Zaxby’s daily for their Cobb Zalad and each time I use my debit card to pay. Well, today I was headed to lunch and I got an alert from my bank. The alert stated my card had been used at Zaxby’s for a purchase. I was on the other side of town at the time, so clearly it was not me. I don’t have any proof but I’m sure it was an employee. Needless to say, I will never visit ANY Zaxby’s again!
The night manager Jordan went above and beyond his dutiesTo help me order food for my brother over the phone. Jordan needs to be recognized for his caring ways and friendly and wonderful attitude. Don’t order online it’s not any faster cause they take walkin over orders that we’re done online. There was no ice in the ice maker. They provided no I’m sorry so I asked for my money back and she was quick to give it.
This is the third visit I have made and been so disgusted and disappointed in a regular salad. The first time I left an online complaint- the second time, I requested the salad be made fresh and was told in the drive through that all salads were made fresh to order, only to get it and the lettuce be rotten again. I went here and a worker named Shelby was super rude to me. Will never go back.
The drive thru was long but worth the wait. The lady taking our order was polite and helpful. The food was hot and exactly as ordered.
