They used to be good with customer service, I’m usually not one to complain because I work in fast food as well, they never make sure everything is in the bag and when you order it’s kinda like they aren’t paying attention because I make sure to say what sauces I want at the intercoms and yet it’s never in the bag. This is like the 5th time I’ve had sauces/the wrong food and drinks . It would be easier for everyone if it was check the first time.
They don't make sure you have all of your food/drink. They tell you it's in the bag when you go to check, and then come to find out it's not. Call and talk with the manager, and he pretty much is saying he don't care and that it is your fault. Says that it don't matter, you are only one customer. I do not recommend this place. The food is disgusting and dry. They do not care if your food is correct. They give you whatever they feel like giving. The general manager has no customer skills at all.

This was at the bottom of my cup and I told the manger he said he couldn’t do nothing about it because he don’t recall his staff doing anything to my cup and it might be backwash... disgusting!
Great customer service, manager very helpful and friendly.
