While the folks are always nice and the food is always good, this Zaxby's needs significant work in speeding up their process. Right this minute, I've been in their drive-thru line for exactly 19 minutes, still have yet to even place my order as there are still 6 cars in front of me. Sure, they're busy, but if you can't move customers faster than this, you're going to lose them.
I just have to say that the customer service at this place was amazing!! Mine and my employees order got missed up and the manager went out of his way to make this right! We didn't receive any negative attitude, or anything! In fact, they we're all as nice as can be, fixed the order, and the food was amazing! Great job! And thank you all!
Ordered A Cobb Zalad. Got lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers, and french fries. No egg or bacon. Basically got a bagged grocery store salad for $7

this company employs spoke people who are racist and bigots to advertise for their company will not eat at a Zaxby's again
Yesterday evening around 6:00 PM, my order was taken by Jeron at the Barnett Shoals Zaxby's. Never in my entire fast food experience (and there has been plenty) have I experienced service as friendy, professional, or charasmatic as I did last night. Thank you, Zaxby's and Jeron, for taking food service to a new high. I told all my friends today they had to come out and see you.
