So where does "total disappointment" fall in the ratings. I have not been to Zaxby's in a very long time and now I remember why. Went thru drive thru today for a salad. Almost $10 for a salad and a drink, the salad was awful. Nasty brown lettuce and extremely over ripe tomatoes. The chicken wasn't too bad but honestly I wanted a salad. And my diet coke taste like anything but diet coke.
Went through the drive thru today. Gave my order and repeated it twice. The person repeated it back . When I got home with it, guess what?missing item, salad not complete and my B L T was so greasy I couldn't eat it. The bread was soaked with butter. Long time before I go back!

Food was great! But the manager on duty tonight(kelly wooten) was very rude..made a complete scene in front of customers because a cashier gave a customer a water cup instead of a regular cup and was very disrespectful to the us about the cup as well to the cashier which was scolded like a child...we eat here all the time while in town but can definately mark this zaxbys off of our to eat list when in town.
