Ordered double fries and don’t even get a single side of fries this place is always got a line to the highway for crap like this
No one in the restaurant was moving any sense of urgency. The lady behind the counter was just shuffling around like they werent busy. My order was given to someone else and brought back to the counter. I will not be returning to your establishment.
Two weekends in a row the service and food has been subpar. Under cooked and under seasoned fries, incorrect orders, and today on top of that, a roach running around under the booth my wife and I were sitting at. Zaxbys used to be a lot better than this.

RecommendedI love Zaxbys and I eat there all the time but this is mine and my daughters zalad tonight, I got home with it and there was barely anything on it!!

I love Zaxby's but my lunch today was the worst meal ever! I couldn't even eat it! My chicken tenders were stone cold & extremely tough. My French fries were extremely greasy & weren't even cooked all the way. They were still partially frozen in the middle. My Texas toast wasn't even toast. It was bread with butter on it. This meal was absolutely unacceptable!!! I threw everything in the trash!
I use to eat at zaxbys 3 or more times a week spending almost $15 on a meal. Well the orders started being wrong so I was like might as well go inside so maybe they get right if I tell them face to face . Nope the last 2 years that place has gone down hill .
