The fries were sopping wet with grease, not crispy at all. The bread, can't call it toast, wasn't toasted. Apparently, after reading other reviews, this is a constant problem that has not been addressed. We couldn't get out the first item of our order without being interrupted to repeat it. Someone really needs to comes in and work with the staff on proper customer service and cooking styles. Bring back Splenda.

Ordered: Big Zax Snack with fries extra crispy, extra seasoning salt, and an unsweet tea. Received: unsweet tea (reassessed), lukewarm tenders, and limp yet scalding, grease-dripping fries. The coldness of the tenders could have been bearable without the contrasting hotness of the limp fries. I guess I'll just get some Pringles when I get to work. :-)
THE ONLY reason I am giving this location a 5 star is the fact that after having a terrible experience, the NEW manager called me and was extremely nice, respectful and super professional. It is very rare for me to return to any fast food chain/restaurant after my order is messed up. I really want to thank the manager for calling me personally and being so kind!
There's food all over floor, we waited over 20 minutes for our food. I was up front waiting on it and the manager said order up and no one paid attention. I had to ask someone to hand me my food before it got cold. There's like 10 employees back there and I had to use my daughters baby wipes to wipe off a table and the high chairs because I got looked at like I was crazy when I asked someone to do it. I loved it. It was my first time and we made sure to stop again before we left the south. Everyone was so friendly and the service was great. Food=AWESOMENESS!
